Full refund (excluding 2-3% payment gateway/bank charges) processed within 5-7 working days to original payment method. Failed transactions auto-refunded immediately. Track status via email or account dashboard.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Payment processing, convenience, or shipping anticipation fees non-refundable. No refunds post-dispatch; opt for returns policy instead per prior terms.

Governing Rules:

Policy governed by Indian laws; disputes in Narnaund, Haryana courts. Updates notified on site; continued use implies acceptance.
