Refund and Returns Policy

Shri Sai Jewellers is committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you might need to return or replace an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or replace your gemstone jewellery purchase.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We offer a 7-day return and refund policy for defective items only.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the gemstone jewellery must be:
    • In its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
    • Accompanied by all original packaging, including certificates and receipts.

Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Any item that is not defective.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear or tear.
  • Any item that has been altered or resized.
  • Custom-made jewellery.

Replacement:

  • If your gemstone jewellery is defective, you can request a replacement for the same item within 7 days of purchase.
  • We will replace the item subject to availability.
  • If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Process for Return or Replacement:

  1. Contact Shri Sai Jewellers within 7 days of receiving your purchase to initiate a return or replacement request.
  2. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item securely.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return or replacement request within 5 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
  • We recommend insuring the returned package for its full value.
  • SHRI SAI Jewellers reserves the right to deny any return or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
